Oh, hello! I'm Mel —

and I'm here to bring a bit of clarity to the chaos!

Four years ago, I founded Music Scene Media, an independent online publication with a team of 40 contributors worldwide. I manage everything for the website, daily operations, project coordination, scheduling, and team communication. It’s taught me an incredible amount about how to build systems that actually work to keep things running efficiently.I genuinely enjoy creating workflows, databases, spreadsheets, and, quite simply, organizing the chaos. When I’m not working at my full-time job or running Music Scene Media, you’ll probably find me photographing concerts or simply at home, embracing my role as a proud cat lady. 🐈

I'll put together a custom proposal of recommendations, a timeline, and pricing. You can then select what works best for your business (and your budget!).

onboarding

If you'd like to move forward, you'll sign a basic agreement, pay a non-refundable deposit or the full quote (varies by service), and complete an intake questionnaire so that I have all of the info I need to get started.

I'll get started on your project, keep you updated along the way, and make sure you always know what's happening behind the scenes.
